Cripps supports the voices shaping the built environment

4 Jun 2026

Cripps is supporting Series 3 of the Places She Shapes podcast, a platform amplifying the voices of women shaping the built environment and beyond.

Hosted by Zoe Smeeth (Managing Director, JAC Group) and recorded at the iconic Abbey Road Studios, the series explores the “sliding door moments” that have shaped each guest’s career. Through open, honest conversations, it shares real stories of ambition, resilience, success and failure, helping to inspire the next generation of leaders.

This partnership reflects our commitment to inclusive leadership and the value of different perspectives across the sectors we work in.

We work closely with clients across real estate and the built environment, those shaping the places where we live, work and connect. Supporting Places She Shapes gives us the chance to be part of that conversation, and to engage with a network of influential voices driving change across the industry.

The new series opens with Kelly Cates, one of the new Match of the Day presenters and a leading sports broadcaster. It also features senior leaders from organisations including Wates and Kennedy Wilson.

Listen to the series

Series 3 launches on Sunday, 7 June 2026, with new episodes released weekly.

We’re proud to support a platform that shares real stories, champions diverse perspectives and inspires the next generation of leaders in the built environment.
