HR Professionals Forum

20 Nov 2025

We’re excited to invite you to the upcoming HR Professionals Forum, a virtual roundtable designed to spark meaningful discussion and practical learning on Thursday 20 November from 9-10am.

In this session we will cover:

Neurodiversity in the workplace

Awareness of neurodivergent conditions like autism, ADHD, and dyslexia has grown significantly in recent years. We’ll explore what this means for employers, including legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, and how to empower managers to create inclusive, supportive environments through reasonable adjustments.

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

We’ll share best practices for implementing PIPs effectively, highlight common pitfalls to avoid, and walk through a real-world case study involving a neurodivergent employee, offering insights into balancing performance management with empathy and legal compliance.
