My experience
Advised on an agreement for the grant of two leases simultaneous with granting a lease of temporary premises and a conditional agreement for their surrender.
The sale and leaseback of parts of a school site between linked charities requiring Charity Commission approval, and subsequently reversing the transaction.
Exchanged agreements to relocate five luxury fashion retailers into temporary shop premises, then returning them to their original premises and surrendering the temporary leases.
Granted a lease of high profile restaurant premises subject to complex change of control, offer-back, trading and turnover rent provisions.
