I am a director of operations with responsibility for our technology and innovation, document production, risk and compliance, workplace, legal process improvement and post completion teams. I have substantial change management experience and strong leadership, motivational and communication skills.
I have spent more than 30 years within the legal sector having held the role of COO at Linklaters, HFW and Pinsent Masons. Having worked in some of the world’s leading law firms, I have first-hand experience of the unique characteristics of these organisations. I can relate to the challenges its leaders and aspiring leaders face, the very high standards expected and the intricacies of firm dynamics.
I am a qualified coach and mentor. I am skilled at developing strong, collaborative and talented teams whilst supporting opportunities to develop and promote young talent.
