My experience
Advised a UK couple moving abroad on the interplay between the different legal and tax regimes to largely eliminate death duties on their substantial estates.
Advising a UK national married to a non-UK national on a mutual wills agreement and its enforceability across two jurisdictions.
Advised the executors of an estate worth in excess of £150 million working with others in the team on deeds of variation for the large number of beneficiaries.
Advised the trustees and owners of a landed estate on the winding up of a trust and reorganisation of ownership amongst the family members then entitled.
