
Cripps advises Registrar Corp on acquisition of Foodsteps Limited
Cripps’ has advised Registrar Corp, a Paine Schwartz Partners portfolio company and the U.S’ leading provider of regulatory and compliance software, on its acquisition of Foodsteps, a London-based company which measures the environmental impact of food through its innovative software platform to support food businesses in ensuring the sustainability of their supply chain.
The Cripps team included Laura Wilson, Lauren Romo and Abi Kirk (all Corporate), Alice Hunter and Irfan Baluch (Commercial and ESG) and Emily Byrom (Employment).
