Cripps is sponsoring this brunch event bringing together cities and regions focused on the housing and residential sector to facilitate discussions between them and investors and developers within this space.

The UK’s separation of real estate–led retirement living and genuine care provision is creating a critical disconnect. Nicole Cameron from our planning team will join the panel to explore why design, policy and investment must recognise the realities of ageing, treating care as essential infrastructure. Discussion focuses on improving health outcomes, addressing policy gaps, and resolving tensions between aesthetic design and operational care needs.
