I’m a paralegal in the transactional services team, in the corporate department, where I work closely with our corporate lawyers to advise businesses throughout their lifecycle.
Having recently completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) where I undertook elective modules directly relevant to corporate law, I joined the Cripps corporate team to work alongside our lawyers at all stages of transactions. I aid in the due diligence process, assist in running our company secretarial service and provide corporate governance support.
