Cripps has advised Tiddlywinks Day Nursery Ltd on its acquisition of Cottontails Day Nursery Ltd located in Burtonwood, Warrington.

The Cripps team provided advice on both the corporate and property aspects of the transaction. The matter was led by Julie Hughes, with support from Erin Willock and Abigail Kirk in the corporate team, Kathryn Rogers and Mollie Wilson from commercial and tech, and Rachel Holdaway, Katie Brittain and Ben Beatton from the commercial real estate team.
