Cripps advises leading global video production company Dreamtek on its acquisition by System One

Cripps’ corporate team has advised Dreamtek UK Ltd in its acquisition by US-based System One.

London based Dreamtek is a video technology and production company with an international team of experts that provide the most innovative broadcast solutions and deliver the best in creative video production, live event streaming, and managed services.

System One has provided staffing and workforce solutions across a wide range of industries and disciplines for more than 40 years. With over 650 staff members and 9,000 consultants based in the US and Canada, its acquisition of Dreamtek will create additional opportunity for continued growth in the virtual live events space, video production, and VR and AR areas.

The Cripps team was led by Nigel Stanford, with support from Hannah Samuel.
